Are there any telemetry utilities or tools?

I've been tinkering with the game for a couple of days and it occurred to me that while it's nice to get segment and lap times from the test tracks, it would be awesome to have some telemetry tools to get real time data and also plots.

I was inspired to ask about this from my experience with Grand Prix Legends, which came out in I think 1998. I played that a lot(!) and one of the reasons I stayed with it so long was a number of fan built telemetry tools. They were pretty amazing and I'm hoping one of you clever types will figure out how to do it, if you haven't already done it.

They are on the ToDo list, at least some basic things, but not high up at all as other things of course are more important right now :)

Certainly I can see that for the developers this would be lower down on the priority list. I was just wondering if any of the players have figured out how to do telemetry. There are some really clever folks out there :)
