Good job so far guys!

Ok so I kinda forgot about automation up until last week.
But I decided I'd start it up install a few updates, so on and so forth... And I actually just want to say how good it's all looking now. I mean graphically it's not bad the sounds are awesome and the freedom I have in making the cars is great. So for what it's worth guys good job and good luck to you all :)

Im still very intrested to see the economic part of the game, i want to see all of those angry reports over my cars being insanely hard to drive because turbo. The quality of what is already ingame is pretty great.

It will all be worth it in the end guys. Plus my friends seem to like the game after I recommended it to them (the ones into cars that is) I can't wait to see how it all turns out.

yeah I'll defiantly second this motion. The debs should consider grabbing some volunteers from the forum to do some of the coding for that part.

Re: Good job so far guys!

I'll add my 2 cents to the encouragement...

Regarding the game concept (and execution to date): I am really impressed with the degree to which the player 's input affects the nature and quality of the models built. That the results will then be used as the commodity in a Tycoon type game is just awesome. That the commodity in question (cars) has real-world relevance for us all is just the cherry on top of the icing on top of the cake. Until now every time I've seen game-marketing material boasting that the player "designs their own" (be it warships, spaceships, or what have you) that "feature" consisted of nothing more than selecting from a shortlist of pre-canned sizes and components that cannot be tuned, sized or adjusted in any way, with little/no player accountability for the performance of the platform. I've been wishing someone would do something like Automation for a long time now. Keep up the good work!
