How to move data between Hard Drives

As some of you may know from my recent post I am getting a new system so that means I am getting a fresh Hard Drive, I was just wondering if anybody could guide me towards how I copy/cut my engines onto the new Hard Drive. I know it would be fairly simple just I don't know how to go about it.

I believe everything is in Documents->Automation->Engines/Platforms. But you should probably just download the game and then paste them into the folders.
