Engine designer continues to crash

In the last few days i can not get the program to run, and continue to get this error. it happens when i try and place heads on a new design.

Please take a look in the support section of the forums Your problem has come up before and there are solutions for it too.

Run the Automation Cleaner and make a fresh install to the latest version.
