Re: AUTOMATIONEER STANDOFF - 3rd REVIEW OUT!

Nice work, although I'd have to perhaps question the conclusion a little bit. Both cars had a similar drivability rating, but the ME Roadfly's sportiness was quite a bit higher than the Zeta - but the Zeta was the car that was deemed -clearly- the superior driver's car, even though the figures suggested the opposite (eg the Roadfly had a better track time...). Of course, I don't have the full picture (ie suspension graphs, over/understeer graphs etc).

Excellent work nonetheless!

Re: AUTOMATIONEER STANDOFF - 3rd REVIEW OUT!

The final results are driven by the users vote received during the TCC. The Zeta arrived first so we held the result.
The objective was to design a car to compete against the Mazda Mx-5 or the FIAT Barchetta. The Zeta was more close to it at the end.

Re: AUTOMATIONEER STANDOFF - 3rd REVIEW OUT!

ah, I didn't realise it was based on the outcome of a competition.
I look forward to more of these reviews, they are very well polished and presented! Excellent work on getting these out with some regularity; I know how long these things take hence I haven't done any for a long time even though I have ideas for more.

Now this is how I have envisioned car reviews on here. Actual readable content with proper presentation. Well done.

Video= "It's about 10 liters per 100/km"
Me= "What's that in MPG?"
Video= "What's that in MPG for all our friends in America?"
Me= "Oh goodie, no need to look it up!"
Video= "It's about nobody cares in MPG."

I loved the format though. Nice job! :lol:
