The King of the Hammers is a combination dirt rally race and rock crawling race (sometimes called rock bouncing).

Example video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W18ZZsQbc7o

Max cost $25,000
Year 2016
Entertainment: none. (it provides the wrong kind of comfort)
Cooling >= required

Steam mods compatible.

The way the calculations are done for capability
your stat/stage stat
for off road only (your stat/stage stat)^2 That's why Hell is so brutal
The time is divided by the lowest, the top speed is multiplied by the lowest.

The damage rating for the section is divided by the lowest, except for when comfort is lowest, it is multiplied. (if your driver is not driving it to the limits its not taking as much damage)

Suggested minimum stats, you can come in lower but you should be higher if you can.
Drivability 30
Sportiness 20
Comfort 20
Off-Road 50

Submission format
Model: KOH username
Trim: car's name
Family: KOH username
Variant: engine's name

I'm onto a decent thing so I will readjust that before sending it in.

What exactly do you mean by "the lowest"?

Say your on stage 1

Your drivability is 30, the stage is 80, 30/80 is 0.375
Your sportiness is 28, the stage is 80, 28/80 is 0.35
Your off-road is 60, the stage is 20, (60/20)^2 is 9

The lowest is the sportiness at 0.35 so that sets the speed for that stage.

Does reliability affect the damage taken?

It directly affects how much damage can be taken.

While we may not be able to design a proper flagship model for our own company, this kind of thing is right up our alley. After several hours of tuning and tweaking, ABR has come up with something that can only be described as the mad cousin of the Honeybadger. Sporting a power:weight ratio of 1:2,33 while still maintaining a decent reliability rate we have high hopes for our participation in this challenge

Just to be clear, the max cost is for "Total Cost" in the overview tab, correct? I'm struggling to even reach 15k, so I hope I'm not looking at the wrong thing.

I found an exploit in my calculations concerning reduced damage for the comfort limiting the speed, It will be changed to take into consideration how much slower the comfort is making it vs how slow the cars abilities are making it.

In that case, I've got something really special that I'll be entering

Ooo, I'm capitalised.

Anywho, My entry.

This machine isn't truly an Offroader on the outside, but we took massive inspiration from the Group B cars of old.
