Everyone who has entered so far, please either PM me or leave a relpy here of the name of the company you would like me to use, as some are very hard to tell the names of them.

Thanks,

Re: '16 Automation Rally Championship Homologation *CLOSED*

Okay, now that I have all Results sorted, I will spend most of tomorrow writing up the Blurbs, and getting images sorted.

Good Luck to all.

1st place is a little bit of a surprise :D

Re: '16 ARCHom *RESULTS 15-4*

RESULTS FOR PLACES 15 THROUGH 4!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
15th Place: ‘16 Fahrzeug C1 Mk3 Sport - Sillyducky.
Image
When this vehicle arrived at the facility, we were a little underwhelmed. A simple, and small hatch. What we expected, really. One defining feature was the Twin-Turbo V6 at about 2.8L in size, it was quite a nice thing to see and hear. It did have one issue. Fuel Economy. The fuel economy, after our testing, showed it at 8.76km/L. That was below the Required. 5 Points off. Proper Manual, Very nice.

SCORE: 72.3 after 5 point reduction.

14th Place: ‘16 Erin Merna Vox 1.4 - DeusExMakia.
Image
When the Merna arrived, we were overjoyed at both the fact that Erin had entered, and that we had one Sedan! Very nice looking, with a sedan/hatch/crossover rear end. The engine is a Turbo’d Inline 4. Seems underwhelming, but in the Merna Vox, is perfect. The best bit? The economy. 20.65km/L! Another Proper Manual.

SCORE: 77.0

13th Place: ‘16 Flug Flamenwerfer MkII Concept - Squidhead.
Image
Proper German Muscle*! The Flamenwerfer is an agressive looking beast. With a 2.1L V8!? Mental! Those Flug guys know what’s up. This machine is technically a 3 door hatch, so it passes there. Economy? 15.93km/L. Big, Meaty, Rear Wheel Drive, Beastly! Another one with a proper manual! Awsome!

SCORE: 77.6

*We realised after writing, that Flug are, infact, Polish.

12th Place: CMC Millano Passion - CaddilacDave.
Image
Oooh, This one looks nice and Modern! CMC’s Millano, this one’s the Passion Trim. With a 1.5L inline 4 with a Turbo Hookup, this machine is nice. Economy is 13.16km/L, so there’s that! So far, all of them have had real manuals. I mean, this one seems to be easy to drive.

SCORE: 80.4

11th Place: ‘16 First Order Automotive Cruiser Scout - TR8R.
Image
Wait, Wait, Wait. This car’s modern? It looks like it’s from the late ‘90s! The 1.4L inline 4 is a nice thing. Seems like this would be a nice daily driver, apart from the fact it looks like it is from the ‘90s. Do not know what FOA were going for here, to be honest. First car with an Auto ‘box so far.

SCORE: 89.2

10th Place: ‘15 DoubleUnicorn Fairydust - Simo4295
Image
What is this Name? It’s Amazing! Our First Wagon. Cool. Matte Green? Strange, but cool. Looks a little bland, and has a turbo badge. Has a 3.0L Inline 6, with a fuel economy of 10.02km/L. That’s so, so Close. SO CLOSE! I mean, the wagon lines are cool, but doesn’t seem that practical to me. Maybe the back’s too low?

SCORE: 90.1 after 1 point penalty for wrong trim year.

9th Place: ‘16 Bogliq Bastion ARC Edition - HighOctaneLove.
Image
The Second I saw Bogliq’s name on our list, I got excited. When I saw it, I was again, excited. A 3.0L Inline 6, with a Turbo Attached. Another Wagon. This and the DoubleUnicorn seem very similar… Anyway, I do like the Bastion that little bit more. Fuel Economy of 10.21km/L. Man, the Bastion is Similar to the DoubleUnicorn!

SCORE: 92.3

8th Place: ‘16 Meliora Aurora City Plus - Sillyworld.
Image
So, The Aurora City Plus, a very nice Hatchback, very normal, but looks different enough to stand out. I do like that a lot. The 1.6L inline 4 is a very nice motor, and the fuel economy of 12.31km/L is even better. Another Automatic, Very nice indeed.

SCORE: 96.8

7th Place: ‘16 Automurdermotive Tyrian Purple - Boski.
Image
The Automurdermurdermurdermotive Tyrian Purple. Comes in only purple, and looks very, very strange. Not to my likings. The 2.5L Turbo Inline 6 is yet another in the line of Inline motors. Its fuel economy of 10.20km/L is somewhat respectable, and is very good. Weird Car, with an automatic. Not my cup of Tea.

SCORE: 97.1

6th Place: ‘16 GG Tune Enigma GS - Strop.
Image
Holywhattheactualfuck? Gryphon Gear? Here!? HOLY SH-! Right… The Enigma is tiny. Cool and Tiny. With a 2.2LV6 crammed into the front, the Enigma is cool. A fuel economy of 13.80km/L is quite good. A surprisingly easy to drive car, the Enigma is one of my personal favourites in this competition.

SCORE: 103.4

5th Place: ‘16 Mutsuma MF2 Kei - Acemaster25.
Image
Why is there a Kei car here!? Was there a shipping fuck up? There was? They still want us to homologate it anyway? Stop repeating everything you say? Got it! So, the MF2 Kei. Nice looking thing. Will look really weird being rallied, but hey, anything’ll happen in the ARC! The first, and only Mid-engined car so far, with a 660cc Turbo Inline 4, and a fuel economy of 19.66km/L. I like this thing. Shame it isn’t going anywhere but Japan… I think.

SCORE: 106.0

4th Place: ‘16 RE2600 RLE - Carskick.
Image
The RE2600 RLE is a daunting creature. Some of the garage guys said that it looks like a bulldog with a really bad overbite/underbite. I see what they mean. With a 2.6L Turbo Inline 6, and a fuel economy of 9.81km/L it only just passes the Fuel Economy Mark. Guys, the Under/overbite comment is a little rude isn’t it?

SCORE: 108.8

tl;dr Postitions.
15: Sillyducky
14: DeusExMakia
13: Squidhead
12: CaddilacDave
11: TR8R!
10: Simo4295
9: HighOctaneLove
8: Sillyworld
7: Boski
6: Strop
5: Acemaster25
4: Carskick.
