V6 Supercar's Season 1 (closed untill further notice)

Know what, I think ill change the open diff requirement to a Geared lsd, you guys have convinced me to do it.

Quick update all the cars submitted have passed the requirments with a few changes here and there to make them eligible and due to me not remebering whats vinala anymore I have just accepted the cars as I could open all of them. I will upload the poll tommorrow my time once I have the pic's and the stats ready

Edit: To add to that there were only 4 car sub's so there will only be 2 car suppliers for this compittition like it was in the old days of V8 Supercar's

That said, it's good to see four different bodies being submitted. The downside is that the result is, at default setting, that only two of the cars are closely matched for capability. But hey, at least two of them are a good match!

I don't like Richard117's or Strop's because they require mods and I cant be arsed to find or install them.

@ Riso: installing mods is actually one of the most user-friendly aspects of Automation at the moment

If you're not going to be installing any mods, you're probably better off sticking to the contests that specifically state Vanilla only.

Earlier today we went and told strop and his team of enginer's about there success as they unfortunaly couldn't be here. Strop had said earlier before the vote's were open that he had decided to us the V6 supercar season to showcase an upcoming design so we decided that it would be a good idea to ask about it. This is what he had to say:

The Orphiel is the spiritual successor in the Ascension line to the balls-out Mephisto, but where the Mephisto was an all out GTR trim demon of a race car, the Orphiel is relatively angelic, being more user friendly for driver and wallet alike. The body you see here is the official design, slated for 2016 release, but instead of a V6 as in this challenge, it will sport a 6L twin turbo V8, the specialty of GG.

Note that I said relatively angelic. In production form, Orphiel is still a 1439bhp 400km/h AWD coupe that'll blow around the Green Hell in well under 7 minutes on P Zero Corsas.

Aright we got nialloftara here with us right now, nialloftara what are your thoughts?

Racing chassis being developed here at Centauri, and we are excited to be able to reveal it it such a exciting way. We are looking forward to seeing some very competitive racing in this series, and all of here at Centauri are confident that both the GT1 chassis, and the Brimstone powerplant will show everyone our true potential as a racing company.

Yes I noticed the car broke for me too. I don't know what happened.

for now compition is on hold, once strop's car is fixed there will be a week to send all of your entree's in for race one which will be held at the Hockenheimring GP

Hi guys, I don't know why the car stopped working all of a sudden. It also stopped working for me too.

I rebuilt it from scratch. It should be, for all intents and purposes, the same, with a couple of minor cosmetic changes on the rear. It currently comes bundled with MITTNACHT's engine, but I haven't tested it with the others.
