Sorry for the confusion guys, I forgot the rules

EDIT: I've now uploaded the correct default car settings. They're attached!

It is missing a cog compared to the other version, but I'm under the impression you can do what you like with the gearing and engine anyway.

At this stage, new open beta is about to come out next week. There is zero chance you'll be finished before several rebalancing changes come through. Perhaps nobody is submitting in light of this.

I'd suggest rebooting with a streamlined process with tighter deadlines after open beta becomes public release.
