Strop, we really ought to start doing summaries of our productions...
The tl;dr version:
GG made a racing league, it ended in chaos (and death and destruction, and several charges).
The "I don't like reading at all" version:
Gryphon Gear, tired of the limitation of standard regulation racing, creates a not-so-secret secret racing league for cars with too much power, and drivers with too little sense of reason. The cars are to be powerful and legal. It is quickly made certain that the racing will not be, as they get police on their tail after the first race. It is, however, not until a race in the US that a pair of coppers riding a super fast, incredibly furious car tries to hunt them down, using dirty tricks and highly dangerous behaviour.
The band of brot... siblings?? manage to escape, scattering over the US and tries hard to get to the next race and salvation before they are caught. In the meantime, a member of the mod-squad, secret police and enforcers of all that is crazy and awesome of the world, contacts the league, wanting to keep them safe and out of too much trouble. Of course, the moment they take off the ground towards Europe, trouble hits from an unexpected side.
As they finally hit the British Isles they are treated to the surprise of first the appearance of three car enthusiasts with a camera backing, and later, more police as it turns out the people living near Circuit de la Sarthe does not appreciate being woken up by the sound of racing cars in November.
The supercops make subtle threats, and the league steams on, ending, as mentioned, on Nordschleife in an all out battle between barely legal and not actually legal measure and beliefs.
Most survive.
The "long story short" version starts involving character names, company lore and the beginnings of a consistent world, and I think it's just better to read the full version, plus the snippets from the
company thread of Gryphon Gear at that point.
Not that it will make much sense, but it might be more filled with action.
