FR 3dr Continuity

Silly was making some more coupe bodies before his computer broke. Is anyone willing to take up the torch and bring us some front engine rear drive 3 door coupe bodies for the 80s 90s 00s and 10s. We are missing something roughly the size of the Japanese imports from those eras ~95in wheelbases. Looking to fix the continuity issues for my sports car model.

Fear not! I'm getting a new computer this weekend, and I'll resume the work on the models :) But yeah, we need some car japanese bodies from 90s onwards.

Personally I think we need one from the 80s too. Kind of a mash up between the FC RX-7, Z31 300ZX, and either the MA60 or MA70 supras. I will take what I can get though. I hope everything has a 3dr fast back and a convertible variant. Thanks for working so hard Silly!!!!

Need some finalizing of the morphs, and UV Mapping, but this should make some of you guys happy.

I'll probably make a bunch more 80s Japanese compact variants with it once it's done.

Time to design a 11000rpm 1.6l 20v DOHC I4.

i tried it. 11000+ RPM 1.6l engine just isn't possible in game with an inline 4. i don't think the engine swap that bunta did was with another inline 4

The engine wants to vibrate itself to death, and the head is worth it's weight in gold, but it's doable.

considering how in the anime they did say it was custom built by TRD, i'm sure that trackpaduser's variation of it is pretty accurate

Except that the Anime version was a 20V 4A-GE taken from an AE101 Group A race car that made 240hp, but was slightly detuned for street use.

yeah, power might need to be bumped up, unless this is how de-tuned it was, because for all we know the 240 HP version was using 130 avgas, because it did say it made 240 HP then got de-tuned, but hey, i'm bad at logic to begin with

It's 16 valve and not very optimized yet.

Fairly sure that 240hp would be doable if I switched to 20V and optimized it a tad more.

Edit:
Switched to 20V, put race headers and did a tad bit more optimisation.
