That is most likely what I will do, but I'm pretty poor, and I'll be unenmployed in 2 weeks. Considering rent and living expenses, it will take me a while to save money for buying new parts (if I get a decent job).

Yes, I have a "new" computer (I just bought an used one), in the next days I'll be buying a SATA-USB thingy so I can use files and stuff from my old HD and I'll be on my way of modding again.
