Provided you're not going to be too worried about where the engine will be (just messing around) the easiest way to make a mid/rear engine chassis is to copy the folder. Like the 90's hatch is front small engine, copy it's folder to rear/large and see what you can do

I don't understand what you mean... Do you want me to make the 90s small hatch mid rear engined?

It's not that simple, as the .lua files are slightly different, but converting a car from Front engine to mid-engine is fairly easy since the lua file is pretty much in plain text.
