Did you assign one bone for each section of the light? Due to how lights work now, that is going to happen, the inside isn't really going to be properly balanced.

Since I know nothing about 3ds, I don't know what you can do to fix it. But it not being smooth is a current game limitation, unfortunately.

I did assign one bone per each fixture in the light, maybe gonna add 2 more bones on the edges of the light

Cars: A Birel Go Kart. I can't remember the full chassis name. 4-stroke, Honda GX160, makes around 5-hp (With limiter)

It does look like a Porsche 911 or a Nissan 370, but if you look closely at the bottom of the front fascia you will see that there is a birds eye view of a Bentley GT.
