1.Remove the fuel cap
2.There's some weird shit going around on the front wheel arch
3.And something weird is happening on the rear
4.You can keep the inset for the headlight, but make a version with no inset, if you could.
5.Make sure you position the body model correctly after you're done with it.

Of course, there are some smoothing group issues as well, but you are probably aware of them.

EDIT.: wireframe pics would help.

This is only apreview of the 3d body.

Felgen is making the necessary changes to make a very good body to Automation.

Did you weld the vertex? Did you pick only the one vertex by one-click and not by multiple choice (drawing a frame).

I fused, because I don't know how can I weld: I selected two vertex, click weld, and nothing.

are they splines? You can't weld a T-junction with splines, you can only weld splines end to end
