Re: AutomationHub - Show your designs!

Hi,

I now have 10 euros "donated"
But I read two different information on the "reward" for it.
Once I get Gold status (in my profile)
Then again, I get the Platinum status (support us)

What information is correct?

Re: AutomationHub - Show your designs!

Hello nautacx,

We haven't yet automated the support system and that has to be done manually. I can confirm we received your donation and I will make your account Platinum straight away.
Hopefully this resolves any questions you have. If not, please feel free to ask questions here.

The problems must be on your end, I'm afraid. We have absolutely no indication that it would be on our end.

Just giving a feedback about this:
AutomationHub is now working here and I don't have a clue of why it wasn't working and now it works... Maybe some weird problem with my ISP or something like this.

Anyway, here is my company: http://www.automationhub.net/company-ca ... ompany/145

Re: AutomationHub - Show your designs!

Glad it works for you now! There isn't anything we could do on our side, unfortunately. That company looks like a good start and something that could go top 10s in ranking. Keep it up!

I am trying to delete my company on automationhub so that I can make a new company but it won't delete it!

Re: AutomationHub - Show your designs!

What are you exactly doing? When I click Go bankrupt in the bottom and click the button that asks if you are sure to delete it, it gets deleted. I can then make a new company.

But why delete? You can simply just edit all your company information, including your company name and all that.

Re: AutomationHub - Show your designs!

Neat! Not to mention it's not just visible to yourself, but EVERYONE who bothers checking. No more petty swiping in pseudo-anonymity. And that confirmed a few suspicions of mine...

p.s. is there a way to remove your own ratings once you've given them?

I can't seem to get the 'show ratings' button to do anything :-9 I've tried in chrome and internet explorer, signed in and anonymously

Re: AutomationHub - Show your designs!

Ctrl F5, if that doesn't work, PM me and we will look into the matter.
For me it works on Firefox, Internet Explorer and Chrome, so I don't know what's different on your pc/laptop.

As I said, PM me when CTRL + F5 doesnt work!
