Rolev Personvagnar AB

Hi and Welcome to Rolev Personvagnar AB (yes it is swedish) Or Rolev Cars Ltd. in English.
Im sorrry that there will be (almost) no story about the company :( , But that is mainly because i am pretty bad at writing stories.
All i can say that it was started in 1964 by me in Sweden. And the Company Brand is Below :) (sorry for terrible the paint artwork :? )
Edit: The Car prices are what they would cost now because REASONS.
Double Edit: After The Deti Mk2 i wont include any prices at all.

Very nice car, it would compete directly with the 1960 Prato Zoope!

It looks really swedish, reminds me of Volvo! A nice, believable start for a company.

Re: Rolev Personvagnar AB

The year was 1969 and the Deti was dropping in sales so we decided to make a new car.
The Rolev Accet! This car was a Small 4 seater sedan and featured our new 1.8i I4 with 100hp and 133nm of torque.
Unlike the Deti this car was more Luxorios (dont know if that is spelled right  ) and Practical.
it had a fuel consuption of 7.97l/100km and was sold for Around 8200$ In The whole of Scandinavia.

Hi
Every time I saw your logo, it irritated me because while I could see your concept, it looked like it was made in paint :P
I've interpreted it how Aurora Motor Company's marketing division would have done it :) (albeit using the Aurora Corporate font!) I can make it with your actual font if you like...

Re: Rolev Personvagnar AB

In 1975 Rolev Launched a new car for The American Market, The Stallion. (Which Means Horse in some way..)
It was a Premium Musclecar Featuring a 5.8i v8 with 260hp and 365nm Of Torque. With a Top speed of 226km/h and a 0-100km/h in 6.4 seconds it was a fast car.
it used similar headlights of those on the Accet and had a Small rear Wing. :)

Re: Rolev Personvagnar AB

1982 was the last year the Stallion was to be sold and it had not been a very popular car in america,
The company was low on cash and needed a new car that was cheap to make fast.
The car was the second generation Rolev Accet!
At first we wanted to use the B18i engine from the previous Accet but we could not fit it in the engine bay of this new one :/,
So we had to make a new engine and thus the 16v B20i was born. With 110hp and 152nm of torque it was not over powered but certainly enough
for the new accet. The new car had standard interior and entertainment but what we went for most was the safety.
It sat on 185/60/15 tires allround had a fuel ecomomy of 0.8l/10km. It was sold in Scandinavia and germany. :)

Also Thanks maffc for the amazing 3d bodywork! :D

Re: Rolev Personvagnar AB

The Same Year the new Accet came out we started to work on a Second generation Deti.
The Car was to be released in 1983 compete with the Mk2 VW Polo.
It featured a new SOHC 16v 1.8i Straight 4 producing 95.7hp at 5500rpm and 142nm of torque at 3400rpm.
Of Course this wasn't a luxury car or anything but you got a nice car for the price you paid.
Selling for 11000$ in Britain,Scandinavia and Germany. :)

Re: Rolev Personvagnar AB

I can also be wrong, gut I guess that for this little Rolev you could buy 2 VW Polos (C model). So, 11.000$ for city car in '82 was expensive, but your company :D
