I went with mechanical injection (there were many versions and I've not been able to figure out what system got it) and without catalytic converter (so regular leaded fuel).
Oh!! I've had to cut the compression to 9:8.1 and add +7 on quality, in cam profile section.

your engine goes in the right direction.

A few things to optimize from my side:

It uses multipoint injection, 10,5:1 compression, is optimized for premium fuel (super plus in germany), got 200 horses with nonkat at 6750 rpm and 195 with kat
and 240 nm (230 with kat) at 4750 rpm.
