Nice economy, cheap, reliable, but the powerband is pretty bad. You cut the power off right at its peak. Try upping the rev limiter a bit!

Than you for comment! I tested what you said, and I think was not good despite a 2 hp power gain at 7200 rpm because the torque is very low at high rpm. Sorry for bad english!

Re: Economic Power 1.7 (EP17)

It's about shifting gears not just peak power, by letting the engine rev past the maximum power you actually allow the engine to stay closer to its power band. Try it out in a car, put that engine in and run the test track, then just add 500-1000 more rpms and run it again.

Re: Economic Power 1.7 (EP17)

Thank you, this helped me! Now I can 0-60 in 8.5 seconds with a 1280kg car (9.1 before)! I don't have experience with engines, my mechanic course starts next year :) . I'm waiting to buy the game on steam, will help me a lot, really nice game! Sorry for bad english!

No problem, happy learning. If you have problems with languag there are several people on here who speak Portuguese, if you get stuck on something or just want to show off your latest build the forum is here for you. :D
