Very true, however not all of that is due to the revised bore/stroke ratio. 5.3 kg is due to the twin intake manifold. If I ditch one of the mufflers in order to get a similar loudness rating to yours (50.1 vs 50.5) that saves 3.9 kg. That leaves just a 8.4 kg penalty from the reduced stroke. I could probably analyze the difference better with your engine file.
