Biggest and most powerful engine that still revs to 1200

The biggest and most powerful V8 that'll still rev to 1200. Over 1800 HP. Can you do better? I bet you could with the V16..

i do few modications to your engine
lifespan 0.0mm 2100hp and ~1000km lifespan ~1930hp
