I maked a video @24fps full-size (1920x1080) MPEG-1 80q of 7 min 34 sec that takes only 1216mb !

24fps is enough for youtube, and I think the others parameters are default (Codec : MPEG-1, Quality : 80, Audio : Stereo, Frequency : 48000Hz, Codec : MPEG-1 L2 and bitrate 192kbps (Youtube maximum bitrate for Full-HD))
