Hey Guys,

Im willing to test if you need more people. I can put into 7-14 hours a week testing. I have done a few beta test in the past so i know what sort of bugs to look for and report back.

I really want to test it too.

The only problem is, I only could put in 2hours a day, depeding how long i am at work and so on. With beta testing I am very unexperienced, still I am a highly experienced pc-technican.
And i have some data of engines (Audi 4.2 V8 , BMW 316i) I could give a try and check if the powers and octane are correctly.
I hope i can be in the beta.

Greetings

I would love to Beta The Engine Beta!
I was a Beta Tester for EA's "Motor City Online" (thru a betanews.com article looking for beta testers), and have coded in the past. Never got into C, and never moved onto other programming languages. Now I code websites.. :/
I can devote 10 hours a week to testing, and will keep diligent records of test's done and any bugs experienced including what I was doing to cause it. There should be a checklist for people to fill out when they encounter a problem that records the issue, what caused it.
Thank you for considering my app.

:o I would love to test the demo and as a college student I have plenty of time outside of class and home work to give feedback
Plus I'm a Computer Information Science major starting my visual basics can class soon so I can potentially help debug it later on :D

I applied last time, but as the buggy thread should prove, I'm very good at breaking things.... :D

ok I'll throw my hat in as well. I'm eager to test out some of the scenarios I came up with...also some of kubbies...also nortala's Super Evil Motors inc.

I got a good 2+ hours a day to do it. More on the weekends if I neglect my gf....she doesn't like being neglected. :?

I can offer a lot of experience in testing software and some experience in cars (to be honest not so much with the engine).
What else? I have a quad core Xeon standing round. Maybe not the most common PC you get for testing.

In regards of time I have to admit that I cannot offer that much it will spread from 4 hours in bad weeks to 15 hours in the good once. But it tends more to the bad weeks at the moment.

Hello!!!

been following this game for a while now, can't wait until it is out!!!

I'd love to help with the beta testing... with the work i've done on cars i have a fair number of engines i have the intricate details of. I'd love to try modeling them in automation and see what comes up...

motors in mind for modeling:
W123 617.952 (the all-famous Mercedes "million mile" diesel)
early 2000's 2L Zetec
late 90's 2.5L Duratec V6

amongst others (those are all engines i've personally wrenched on)

I'm sure i'll enjoy looking up engine specs (i do it in my free time anyways) to play around with the demo.

I can devote 5-10 hours a week (i work and go to school full time but I REALLY want to play with automation)
I've done beta testing before, for both physical products and software, and i understand that you're looking for specific testing and not just playing around.

Hope i can help! If I can, let me know!

I'll be happy to help out with this game.
Have some experience building and tweaking GM Generation 1 V8s. It would be fun to see if it puts out the same numbers in this tycoon.

Don't know if it's relevant, but I've also many hours behind building 700R4 transmissions from GM if you have that in the game too.
