Well, 3 racecars which are number #1 of #1, so fairly rare :D

The 405 Mi16x4 is pretty rare too, there's only 1 or 2 running in the country atm.

I'm not sure that these count as rare if you look at the right website but these are the cars my dad has ever owned (I don't have a car)

2. Morris Ital Estate (1987)
3. Vauxhall Cavalier (1992)
4. Vauxhall Vectra 2.0 Salloon (1999)
5. Toyota Avensis (2002)
6. Nissan Primera P13 (2004)
7. Toyota Prius (2007)
8. Probably a Tesla Model 3 (2017)

1986 Jeep Grand Wagoneer

1994 Ford Taurus SHO with the MTX

Of the two I'm certain the Taurus is the more rare, though both are hard to find these days.

My ex gf's dad had the Mi16. Not as exclusive as x4 or T16 but still a rare car, and a nice one to drive.

I myself never had a chance to get a rare car. I guess my profile car is a bit more rare than other engine options, I heard it's somewhere around 80 000 out of couple of million, but that's not the kind of exclusivity we're looking for here.

I am, however, on a hunt for a Lancia Thesis, only a fraction of 17 000 examples built between 2002 and 2010 survive so it will be very rare one day.

I had a '1981 Saab 900 Turbo which was rare in that it had the low-compression, non-APC version of the H-series turbo engine. They only made that 2 years I think.
My current project car isn't very common either, an Alfa Romeo 75 2-litre without twin spark head - only 2 years of that combination as well.

I think the rarest one was my old '76 Porsche 911 Carrera 3.0. It was the "GT3" of its time with a 930-series engine block, fiberglass fenders and 20 hp more than standard SC models had. It was even a Targa
version - not more than a couple hundred total were built.

Sorry for the long absence. Ive been working my butt off, but here is a pic of my "new" ride. I haven't done much to it since I purchased it, but have some big plans for her for the upcoming cruising season :)

My Mustang is not a rare car, but option-wise it may be moderately rare.

A regular 1986 Mustang is rare? sorta...

It is 1 of 1,793 LX convertibles that did NOT come with a 5.0
(11,265 LX convertibles came with the 5.0 in 1986)

It is 1 of 745 total mustangs painted 7B Shadow Blue in 1986 (but there are much rarer colors).
Scratch that, I think it's the number of mustangs painted 7B that had the 5.0 or were the turbo.

Oh, and it has AC. I so wish to know how rare AC is in the LX convertibles...

(If I could get the breakdown for how many non 5.0 LX convertibles were painted the 7B Shadow Blue and had AC... But Ford doesn't car about non 5.0 breakdown for the fox mustang)

[in the US market]
edited...

My dad has a 1969 Plymouth Barracuda Fastback.
It's 1 of 11,827 fastbacks to be equipped originally with a V8 for that year.

3rd- when was new, he was very expencive , too much for simple midsize
4th-only imprezas are sold , the wrx ones not the n/a ones
