2010 FG Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo

this is my parent's falcon xr6 turbo that has a 270kw 533n/m Barra 270 turbo engine in it that has a shear frightening feel to it on stock tuning it does the 1/4 mile in 13.4 seconds, easily blows over 200km/h on stock tuning, but that's not all, still, on stock tuning it can smoke up the tyres even with the traction control on! I hopefully intend to take this into my possession sometime, my Mum has already promised me first dibs on it when they go to sell it, so, YAY

That's a strange question the oem specs are easily searchable; 18x8 245/40.

270kw? The only thing I can think of is that the insurance companies gonna love you.
Sweet car though! Now that's a mean sedan.

Re: 2010 FG Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo

270 kW ~ 360 HP here in the US. Not bad. I actually watched something the other day on an older US Ford Falcone. It got more power than that, but out of a 427 (Not sure) V8. A 7.0L V8. Whatever you have would be smoked, but yours would definitely cost less on fuel.

For something in everyday America, I think it would handle a lot of the European and Japanese "performance" Vehicles. They're mostly teenager's cars with glass packs on them. Imagine pulling up beside a Lowered Civic in a truck like mine in the US. They can rev the engine, but I'd keep him in line no problem with a stock 5.3 V8 after the light turns green. Add ~20% power to it in a turbocharged Ford engine: You'll have a field day in that Falcone.

Sorry to break it to you but these cars compete directly with GM "LS" powered Holdens and are available from 270kw to 310kw+ alongside the option for "Miami" V8 which is a modified Mustang v8. They are designed to be Family Cars but no mistake, they would easily dust off the likes of the US Ford Falcon, kids in civics and your truck. ;)

yeah over here the falcons and commodores are family commuters, but damn do they go, I mean, hell, the bone stock non turbo ford falcon puts out about 265hp, which is a lot for an average car. the beauty of the barra i6 motors though, is that you don't have to do much to them to get them off their face,, my uncle has a naturally aspirated falcon to which, all he did was put on an underdrive pulley, a high flow air filter and a 2.5" pipe and it ran about 315hp! that with a stock ZF-6 sports auto and a factory LSD = Lots of fun for a 'family car'!!!
