% Blood alc.... iirc u have to double the value to get the "promille" many countries base the laws on.

and win me i only saw once and decided to stick to 98 SE till XP SP 1 for games and 2k for working.

1 percent = 1 out of a 100
1 promille = 1 out of a 1000

while thats true u have to include WHERE u get the values.
