Re: Automation Live For Speed Race [RESULTS POSTED]

I was running R2 and my temps went to 86-88 degrees on inner side on rears, so not to have a drift show and pit again I backed off. Like I said, I used to drift in LFS, not race :D

I won't be in your way next time. I didn't know Blue Flag meant come to a complete stop and get off the road. :P

I've had zero problems with blue flagged people. Everybody slowed down and cleared the racing line, was very gentlemanly... and gentlewomanly... I guess is the word.

Re: Automation Live For Speed Race [RESULTS POSTED]

I was blue flagged probably 15 times and the only one I had contact with was Jak, twice. The second time I got a drive-through penalty exiting of of the far southern turn. After that I just started stopping when a car came up behind me unless it was on the straight...6 seconds is better to lose than 45 seconds driving through the pits for no reason.

i was getting steadily faster when i was catching aaron. even got my best lap time of 1:18.11. tires at optimal temp, exactly 85.

but then a lap later i lost focus and hit the wall, and suspension damage=cant go straight=slower, thus aaron was nowhere to be found again. then i got steadily slower, and never got the tires to optimal temp again, averaging on 79-83C. (now i know how much a 2 degrees difference can make, its pretty big). the toll of a. racing after lacking sleep the day before, b. racing in the middle of the night @3am, c. racing in a dark room so i can't even see my keyboard properly, takes it's turn

then i spun out constantly for like every 10 laps. someone even mentioned it afterwards that, he's impressed about how many times i've spun.

all in all

when's the next race?

sooo what's the meaning of blue flag again????
