Stare at your TV.

JK! :P

If you are around a public park or a conservation area, go take a hike and get up and close with nature! :D

Buy a mountain bike, go ride around for an hour or so a day. Good fun, especially if you got a park nearby.

Re: too much time... nothing to do...

...how can you have not enough to do... I see this on a regular basis and it boggles my mind...

Use your imagination!

(Or don't, I claim no responsibility to the next person coming on the scene to find a smoking crater :lol: )

On a more serious note I wholly concur with the going outside and playing, unless of course you live on The Wrong Side Of The Tracks, in which case, you should either invest in or create a home gym.

Re: too much time... nothing to do...

Build a gaming machine out of an old Dell, or try connecting here using Dialup, or get some Chilli Heatwave Doritos.

Or assuming that has already been exhausted, get yourself out somewhere. Find yourself a car show, go and watch that new space thing with Matt Damon in it, or if you want to stay in, make some games, learn Photoshop, plenty things you can do I'm sure.

Re: too much time... nothing to do...

Kristina!!! :shock:

Well that explains a lot, sounds just like the areas I work in. And in the areas I work in, what do people do at night? Drink alcohol, take drugs, end up in hospital where we see people and think, oh, weren't you here last week -_-;

For future reference, I highly recommend 1) pushups 2) situps 3) dancing in your room like nobody's looking 4) if you have to keep it quiet, pen and paper. Or if you're more of a digital guy, MS Paint is always hilarious.

I actually keep a set of dumbbells in my room for situations like these... there's a surprising amount you can use them for and if you keep doing it the effect is noticeable (I would further recommend using the ones where you can stack the plates on, so you can change the weight, making them far more versatile).

yeah, and if not for drugs it's fights, though people around here their bodies are so used to intaking drugs it's like impossible for them to overdose now, so the main cause of people going to the hospital now is fights, and thanks for workout suggestions, i was always wanting to workout a bit, but i will say what i did end up doing was i talked to a girl in china for a few hours before a friend of mine in japan messaged me and we just spent an hour making penis jokes, but i have monday off aswell and i'll be again, too much time, not enough to do, so thanks for the suggestions guys

They also tend to build the waiting list in the A&E, where I work, so naturally I would beg to differ :P
