Trying to set up an engine "supermarket"

Hello.
I am currently trying to revamp the "IMP engine system". Now because I am an expert on weird car trivia but not logistics of online engine sharing I want to know what you think is the best way of doing so. I personally want to reserve the engine sharing thread for special engine showcases and have all the engine download files organized in a seperate "warehouse" where interested players simply go in, find something that fits their needs quickly and easily and download it for their applications.
Any suggestions?

You could put the engines in separate lists based on what they were designed for. Race, Luxury, Sport, Reliability, Eco... That is what I am looking to do anyway

I would say an Off-Site host, or something, but that seems a tad difficult.

I was considering an off-site host as well, but I don't know which is best for the intended task.
