Engine bug: 5 valve engines have clipping issues with valves

Found a bug while I was making a Mitsu Dangan ZZ engine (660cc l4 20V) that the pistons and valves collide/clip in each other.

EDIT: Lol, found another bug in the same pic: there are 4 instead of 5 cam lobes per cylinder?

There are 3 lobes per cylinder on the intake camshaft, but the whole camshaft seems to be offset.
