I pre-ordered and when i try to log in on the game and press Start Game it says that key not found. Then I checked on forums and I checked my profile and it says activated but error.

Have you preordered the game? If no: Click on "play demo" (or buy the game
). If yes, activate your game key here:
http://automationgame.com/phpBB3/ucp.php?i=199 and then enter your username (case-sensitive) and password and click on "play game".

I purchased the game today and followed the instructions on key activation. Unfortunately, when I launch the game it stays in demo mode after signing in ... I'm really confused.

Try to click on "play game", not "play demo".

Hey Guys,
Just wondering if you can help me? I bought the game today and activated my key with no problems, downloaded it and then went to play it, the game got stuck on the loading page and then popped up this error:
[string"--client\start scripts\init.lua..."]:875:attempt to index global 'CMultiplayerComparer' (a nil value)
Any ideas on what this means and how do I fix / get past this to the game?

I got the Automation Early Access: Standard Edition it told me the key but when i enter it it says: KEY WAS NOT FOUND
PLEASE HELP ive already paid for it, but it didnt send me the email and the kay isnt working

Double check you entered the key correctly, if it still doesn't work, send an email to
contact@camshaftsoftware.com with the email you used to order the game and Cas will sort it out.

Go to the homepage, and click on "Demo" on the bar at the top, then the launcher should download. When you open the launcher, the game will install and update to the most recent build. After that the main launcher should appear, there you enter your forum login and click "Play Game", just make sure you activated your key in the User Control Panel!

Hi,
I have emailed twice, but I have no reply, I know its xmas. I'm trying to log in but says 'Active key not found.' I have tryed activating in the user control panel but it says 'The key you specified could not be activated: key has already been activated' This is true as I was last playing the activated version a year ago with turbos and what not. I just don't understand why it's not working now. Any help would be great as I am eager to see the new features in action

Have you tried simply logging into the launcher with your forum login and password?

You can't activate your key with two different accounts. kalkross is obviously not the account your game is linked to. If you still need to figure out which your other account is, email us a list of potential email addresses you could have used to create it.
