Saving as a model

Hello everybody. I have problem. I want to design a car with different parts. For example; making basic and premium model of a hatchback. How can i do this?

create a new trim of it, and from there you can completely change whatever fixtures you want, change the engine, use a different transmission, interior, suspension, etc

to add to that: if you want a variation of an existing car, clone your current trim by using the clone button next to it in the drop-down menu, then select the newly made clone and change it to your liking. If you want a drastically different trim then select "new trim" from the drop down instead.

This is the answer what i want but i cant see any "clone" button :(
