Engines wont test

So i build and engine in the sandbox and when i come to the last section (test) the button is blue but no matter how much I click it I cant test the engine
What am i doing wrong

Go back and make sure that none of the selections have been missed.

Had missed I needed to select None in one section

Done that myself, very annoying.
