I am running the latest Driver for my AMD Radeon R9 390 8gb.

This a is a fresh Steam install as of this morning, I also attached a file it appears UI is missing other items I'm suppose to select also...

How can I fix this...

All drivers are the latest this system is less than 8 weeks old running Windows 10 64
