"active Key not found"

"active Key not found"

Just bought the game and was able to login on the webpage using my username/password. Now it will not let me start the game, says "active key not found" when I enter my password. PLEASE HELP

So far so good, you do have an active key as can be seen from your forum status. Make sure you haven't converted your key to Steam if you want to play the standalone version of the game.
Do you still get the message it doesn't find your key despite it saying everything is fine in your forum rank?

You obviously do have your game activated properly, seeing your forum rank. Put your login details into the game launcher using the correct capitalization of letters! Tbonedawg08 works, tbonedawg08 would probably not.

Thanks that worked perfectly! Now I'm trying to change my units of measure to American Horsepower and lb/ft of Torque. Any hints?
