Re: Automation - Minimum Requirements

Hi!
I've got this pc configuration:

Processor: AMD Athlon X2 5600
RAM: 2 GB
Video: NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT

This is Automation's minimum requirement, I guess.

How shall I expect the game to perform when it'll be out?

Thanks for your reply, see you!

Re: Automation - Minimum Requirements

As this is a well-balanced setup you got there I would expect a decent performance. Don't expect to be running ultra-high details as more than a slideshow though. Should work fine if you can live without that :)

Re: Automation - Minimum Requirements

Yep, that should perform OK on medium-ish settings I'd say

Thanks for your replies, don't really care about using ultra-high detail level

Ive got athlon x2 5000
2GB ram
Nvidia 8800gt

Runs automation fine on full settings! Just a little choppy when first loading up.

The 8800GT is quite a lot better than an 8600GT mind you.

Re: Automation - Minimum Requirements

With the settings turned down, it should be fine. But I make no guarantees.

Re: Automation - Minimum Requirements

how possible would it be to get a trial/beta version? I would be willing to answer performance questions other people might have with apple computers?

Re: Automation - Minimum Requirements

Note that it'll only run on Macs that are running windows, I'd wait for the demo in the next few months and see how it goes then

Re: Automation - Minimum Requirements

I would be one sad person if this game did not come out for Mac. I've been waiting for this game. I'd be thrilled with cross-platform.

Played all the games I own on Mac, without running any PC programs. Sims 2 and 3, Sim City games, Civ IV, Spore, Grand Theft Auto Games, all running native on my Mac. :-/ No issues.

Re: Automation - Minimum Requirements

Yes, but all those games were developed with being cross platform in mind, which is something we simply cannot afford to do - unfortunately using a mac restricts your choice of games somewhat, if you want to be able to play everything you'll need to dual boot windows

Re: Automation - Minimum Requirements

Also, if its not considered worthwhile viable for games like Skyrim to be released on Mac, why would we, with a much smaller market and a much smaller budget want to do so?

Re: Automation - Minimum Requirements

Will it be playable with Core i-5 2520M and a HD 3000?

I don't expect full settings, but mid setting @ 30fps?
