Can't install the Visual C++ Redistributable

Greetings,

I finally got around to download the demo, and everything seems to go fine until, when installing the demo, it tries to install the Microsoft Visual C++. An error message comes up stating:

Out of disk space -- Volume: 'f:'; required space 1.456
KB; available space: 0 KB. Free some disk space and
retry.

I find this odd because:

1.- The demo is installed in C (installed it twice now, first with the default path and now directly to C:\Automation, so it shouldn't try to install anything at F: )
2.- F: is the CF card reader my printer -an Canon MP180, if this helps- has, so it is a read-only drive (if I use a card in it, I can only view the files contained in the card with my computer, I can't modify its contents in any way).

If I click rety in the error message it pops up again immediately, and the other option is to cancel the instalation. There's no way I can direct the installation to any other drive my computer has.

I hope you guys can help me out.

That is quite odd.

I maybe mistaken, but even if you cancel the C++ Redist install, the Automation Installer should continue (I believe the main installer has no way of knowing if the VC++ Redist is successful or not, I could be wrong and I will test this).

So if you run Automation after the installer has succeeded, does it attempt to download Automation installer again?

If you go to c:\Automation or where ever you install it, does it have an assets, escripts folders, and Automation_Shipping.dll ?

If so, it has installed, but as you do not have the VC++ Redist, The launcher cannot load the dll to check the version. So then it assumes there is no Automation installed and attempts to download the installer again.

Hopefully it can then install, and everything should be fine.
