Engine Bore/Stroke Ratios

I was messing around trying to recreate classic engines and I noticed that some of the Ford small blocks are outside of the games limits. The 289 V8 has a shorter stroke (3.87in) than is allowed for the bore size (4in). The 302 is exactly at the game limit for bore/stroke (4in/3in). Is it feasible to allow more oversquare engines to be made?

Re: Engine Bore/Stroke Ratios

Are you using the family and block tabs? You can further reduce stroke size or bore size after the family tab is set. Just click on the engine block and use those sliders.

Re: Engine Bore/Stroke Ratios

Thank you. I feel like an idiot for not trying that. You can make the smaller Windsor family engines using those tabs.
