Please note that Open wheelers of any kind and Cars with more or less than 4 wheels are not planned for the game, and will most likely not be included.

Actually yes, please do, it's bloody hard to work out what we need sometimes.

What I'd paticularly like to know is not so much what people want, but what's MISSING, as in what sort of cars from what eras you can't make because there is no body similar enough.

I have a suggestion for this suggestion.

I suggest people suggest body types. Not Model X or Y or Z because its so kewl.

Example. I suggest an 80's luxury european body. Something like Mercedes S class W126, Rolls Royce Silver Spur, Bentley Brooklands. Thick C pilar, massive front with that midle lump to put that massive blingy grill, the chrome accents everywhere.
The game has an 70/80s large 4door body but it lacks all the features I mentioned.

A body that i feel it miss, it's an early 50's medium/small ponton body (see mercedes ponton or Fiat 1400).
We have a Morris Minor like and a Ford Cortina like. Something in the middle (era-wise) will be really appreciated to fill the gap.

Nope. A wagon a.k.a estate is a 4/5 door, medium to large car, where practicality is over sportiness.

Shooting brake is a mix of a roadster and a wagon. It has 2/3 doors, it's sportier but doesn't lack space in the back, yet the space is not as much as in the wagon.

In general, we need more '50s and '40s cars.

'49 Ford style business coupes and sedans
Tucker Torpedo/Tatra for a larger rear engine body
small sports cars like MGs, Triumphs, etc
Woody wagon(could be a Minor or more American style)

I see your Z3 and raise you a CLA "shooting brake"

http://www2.mercedes-benz.co.uk/content ... flash.html ;)
Jag is hedging their bets by calling the XF estate the Sport Brake. I guess manufacturers will try get away with what sells their cars.

Even if Mercedes and Jag call their wagons "shooting brake" it's still doesn't fall under the body category and i find it annoying. For fuck sake BMW have a 3 series and 5 series (i think, not sure) wagons but they don't call 'em shooting brakes.

But in order to wrap this up, i want something Z3-ish in the game :geek:

When I hear shooting brake I always think of the wood-bodied 1932 or so Rolls-Royce I've lusted over for years. Benches running down the side with room for the hunting party, like a Land Rover 110.

I was thinking about this today.

To 70´s - Passat 1st generation

To 80`s
a Compact car family. Maybe the Fiat Uno Family ( The Uno 3/5 doors, the sedan Fiat Premio and the wagon Fiat Elba)

a mid size car, maybe the Fiat Tipo family ( Tipo, Tempra and Tempra SW) or Opel Kadett family

a large family car , like Passat 2nd generation ( the fastback, the sedan and the Wagon)

To 90`s

a compact car family, Maybe the Opel Corsa B derivations ( the hatch 3/5, the sedan and the wagon)

a mid size family like the 2nd generation of Opel Astra or Focus 1

a large family car. Maybe the Opel Vectra B sedan and wagon or Passat 5th generation sedan and wagon

To 2000´s

a sub compact car - maybe the Fiat 500, Ford Ka or Renault Twingo 2

a compact family : to early 2000-s the Polo 2001 hatch and sedan, to late 2000´s the Fiesta Hatch and Sedan

a mid size family, like Ford Focus 2 and the north american Civic sedan of 8th generation

To 2010´s

a compact family like Hyundai HB20 hatch and sedan

a mid size family like VW Golf 7 or Focus 3

a large family car, like Ford Mondeo Sedan and Wagon

Some other cars bodies:

- A mid-size "SUV" to 2010´s - Kia Sportage
- A mid-size "SUV" to 2000´s - Hyundai Tucson

I guess that i dreaming too much
