To the OP: do you want the badges resized for you? Does this board allow formatting tags like in HTML? Because the prior post contains images that are clearly too large.

how do you guys resized the pics? do you remake them to a size? or just convert them while shrinking them like i do?

or maybe some other way

You can do either. Most people make them larger and then shrink down versions to the size they want because you get better visual results.
