Getting started

Hey everyone,

I'm new to the game, wanted to get it since 2013 but only managed to get it now.

I wanted to ask what could be the best approach to start the game: I started from doing a few scenarios and watchig some tutorials in the meanwhile. It seems relatively easy to understand what change does what, but the most difficult part I found obviously is changing all parameters together. Since they are all interrelated, changing one does not always have the same effect I expected.

Do you have any suggestions for an automation beginner?

Thanks and sry if I wasn't supposed to post this here, I haven't had the time to read the forum rules yet.

Re: Getting started

I think the best place to start is checking the tutorials and messing around with sliders.

The live updates are very nice to see the effects of the various sliders.

Re: Getting started

how about watching thetom (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEazrZ ... 9c62Q/feed) and get a few idea's on how to make good looking cars
then how about downloading the comunity modpack and try to develop your own design style
make the engines first so you know how much cooling it needs (so you dont have too little cooling or too much)
=)
hope i could help
