Its actually very easy - build a car and look on weight distribution stat, and then you know where it has to much or not enough. More seats and shift it to the back, a heavier engine to the fron.

1) Make as small an engine as possible.
2) Load the car with as much luxury trim as you can.

4) PROFIT

My question is why would you want 50/50? Some cars do better with more weight over one axle than the other so a 50/50 would hurt their performance.

I'm personally really looking forward to seeing this mythical 50:50 car

(unless captaindoom is talking about how to edit the .lua file to change the position of the engine relative to the axles, which, I suspect, would cause all kinds of havoc.)
